User role permissions allow you to create a user role to fit whatever needs you may need. The following list is the currently available permissions with a short description of the permission.

- Click Administration from the top menu bar.
- Click User Roles from the list on the left-hand side.
- Click Add User Role. to add a new user role or click the pencil icon to edit an existing non-default user role.
Administration Configuration Permissions
The 'Administration Configuration' permissions allow users to manage the related permission from the 'Administrator' menu.

Administer Account Information | Allows user access into the "Account Info" section to add, edit or delete company specific information and/or controls. |
Administer Integration Partner Credentials | Allows user access into the "Integration Partners" section to add, edit or remove credentials for partners that are integrated with the ATS. |
Administer Account Users | Allows user access into the "User Maintenance" section to add, edit or delete user information and/or roles assigned to a user. |
Administer Email Templates | Allows user access into the "Email Templates" section to add, edit or delete stored email templates. |
Administer Labels | Allows user access into the "Candidate Labels" section to add, edit or delete stored labels. |
Administer Career Pages | Allows user access into the "Career Pages" section to control Career Page content and sorting of jobs. |
Administer Referral Networks | Allows user access into the "Referral Networks" section to add, edit or delete contacts to be used for additional job distribution. |
Administer Job Templates | Allows user access into the "Job Templates" section to add, edit or delete Job Templates that users can select during their posting and/or requisition process. |
Administer Requisition Approval Processes | Allows administrator access into the "Job Req Approval" section to set specific users up to approve or reject job requisitions. There is single or multi-tiered approval process capabilities. |
Administer Interview Questions | Allows user access into the "Interview Questions" section to add, edit or delete Pre-Interview questions for the jobseeker and/or Post-Interview for the person conducting the interview. |
Administer Disposition Codes | Allows user access into the "Disposition Codes" section. This will allow them to add, edit and/or delete final dispositions that may be used for any of the following: reporting purposes, final result of the hiring process and to transfer candidate information via onboarding integration. |
Administer Job Groups | Allows user access into the "Job Groups" section to add, edit or delete stored job groups. |
Administer App Templates | Allows user access into the "App Templates" section to add, edit or delete stored app templates. |
Administer Stages | Allows user access into the "Stages" section to add, edit or delete stored stages. |
Administer Offer Letter Templates | Allows user access into the "Offer Letter Templates" section to add, edit or delete stored offer letter templates. |
Administer Offer Letter Approvals | Allows user access into the "Offer Letter Approvals" section to add, edit or delete stored offer letter approval processes. |
Report Generation Permissions
The 'Report Generation' permissions list all the reports available in the ATS to grant permission to specific reports.

Enable Reports Access | Allows user access into the "Reports" section. This permission is required to generate any of the reports listed below. |
Run AAP Report | Allows users to generate the AAP Report. The information provided in this report by the candidate is completely voluntary. This will not contain candidate information such as names, phone numbers, etc. |
Run All Jobs Report | Allows users to generate a report containing all of the current jobs assigned to them or all jobs active within the organization. |
Run Applicant Defined Source Analytics Report | Allows user(s) to view where applicants are coming from to determine the return on investment of recruitment efforts using an applicant defined source. |
Run Applicant Log Report | Allows users to generate the a report containing all applicant information including candidate names, status, disposition, EEO information, etc. |
Run Arcoro Outside Screening Report | Allows user to view a summary of all background checks and drug screens ordered. |
Run Candidate Activity Report | Allows user(s) to view recorded user activity for selected candidates including notes and emails. |
Run Candidate Data Report | Allows user(s) to view candidate information for selected candidates including stage, disposition and ranking. |
Run Candidate Overview Report | Allows user(s) to generate a printer-friendly PDF version of the candidates submission of interest. |
Run Candidate Ranking Report | Allows user(s) to generate a report at the job level that will show all candidates and their star ranking score. (Information is compiled from either manually assigning a star ranking or from creating scoring questions with a point value assigned.) |
Run Career Page Stats Report | Allows user(s) to view the number of applicants, views, and clicks originating from the career page per job. |
Run Closed Jobs With Active Candidates Report | Allows user(s) to run a report on their Closed Jobs to determine if there are Active Candidates still attached to a specific jobs (No Disposition Selected). |

Run Hired Candidate Report | Allows user(s) to generate a summary of all candidates with a Hired disposition for only the jobs they are assigned to OR all jobs if the user(s) are deemed an Administrator. |
Run Interviews Calendar Report | Allows user(s) to generate a summary of all scheduled interviews viewable in a monthly calendar format. |
Run Interviews Data Report | Allows user(s) to view all scheduled interview data in a table format. The content of this report will be determined by the answers provided by the person conducting the interview. |
Run Job Data Report | Allows user(s) to view all job details for selected positions in a table format. |
Run Job Requisition Status Report | Allows user(s) to pull up a summary of all active job requisitions and their statuses. |
Run Job Requisitions Approval Report | Allows user(s) to view the 5 most recent pending requisition requests, next approver and latest activity date. |
Run Open Jobs Report | Allows user(s) to run a listing of all open jobs. |
Run Referral Network Report | Allows user(s) to run a listing of all referral networks, outreach contacts, contact dates and responses. These are collected each time they are selected by a user(s) and distributed during the job posting process. |

Run Source Analytics By Job Report | Allows user(s) to view where applicants are coming from to determine the return on investment of recruitment efforts by job. |

Candidate Pool Permissions
The 'Candidate Pool' permissions grant users access to the historical candidates that have applied to your ATS.

Job Listing Permissions
The 'Job Listing' permissions allow users to access and use the 'Jobs' page of the ATS.

Edit a Job | Allows user(s) to edit job details once the job is made active. |

Refresh a Job | Allows user(s) the ability to refresh job distribution. |
Remove a Job | Allows user(s) to delete a job once it has been made active. This action is irreversible. |

Prohibit Editing Job Details in Templates | Restricts user(s) from editing any of the job details when posting from a job template. |
Offer Letter Permissions
The 'Offer Letter' permissions allow users to generate offer letters to candidates.

The 'Candidate Workflow' permissions allow users to use the action items of a candidate.

Attach Document to Candidate Email | Allows users(s) to attach documents within a candidate email. This may be affected by other user settings. |
Forward a Candidate | Allows users(s) to forward candidate information to other user(s). This may be affected by other user settings. |
Access Candidate Interviews Area | Allows users(s) to schedule interviews between candidates and other user(s) set with the interviewer permission. |
Access Background Check Area | Allows user(s) the ability to order background checks on applicable candidates within a job. Must have appropriate credits with participating vendors. |
Access Drug Screening Area | Allows user(s) the ability to order/log various drug screening tests on applicable candidates within a job. Must have appropriate credits with participating vendors. |
Change Candidate Stage on Closed Jobs | Permission that will allow user(s) to change the Candidate Stage on Closed Jobs. |
Override Candidate Batching | Allows user(s) to skip viewing candidates in batches when batching is enabled. |
Change Candidate Disposition on Closed Jobs | Permission that will allow user(s) to change the Candidate Disposition on Closed Jobs. |
View Auto-Dispositioned Candidates | When batching is enabled, this permission allows the user to see candidates who have been dispositioned out of the job by the "position filled" button. |
Add/Edit Candidate Start Date | Allows user access to add or edit a hired job candidates start date. |
Job Requisition Permissions
The 'Job Requisition' permissions allow users to manage job requisitions.
