Navigating the Employee Portal of Core HR

The employee portal of Core HR allows employees and managers to complete and review items related to human resources, such as, but not limited to:

  • Benefit Enrollment
  • Time Tracking
  • Time Off Submissions
  • Payroll
  • Workflows

The menus and options presented will depend on what has been enabled for your organization and whether you are an employee or manager.

Menu Bar

Homepage Navigation

Clicking the hamburger icon ☰ allows you to navigate to other menus available to you.

Cross Module Navigation

If your organization has other Arcoro modules in use, you can click the waffle icon CHR - Employee - Employee Homepage - Waffle Icon - 01.png to navigate to other modules.

Notification Bell

Review user notifications, such as if a workflow has been assigned, a time off request has been approved, and more.

Profile

Clicking the profile icon towards the top-right allows you to:

  • My Profile - View your user profile from the "Information" page.
  • Change Password - Update your Core HR password.
  • Upload Photo - Upload a profile photo.
  • Sign Out - Sign out of Core HR.

Homepage Widgets

The widgets available on the homepage depend on what has been enabled for your organization and whether you are an employee or manager.

Management

The Management widget allows managers to review time cards, time off requests, expense reports, and/or performance reviews. Clicking any of the numbers will take you to the related menu.

Company Info

"Company Info" will list the company info, such as the address and primary contact info.

Time and Attendance

"Time and Attendance" allows employees to track the start and end of their day or breaks.

Change Events

The "Change Events" widget allows you to view change events enabled for your organization to make changes to your account, such as direct deposit information, tax info, etc.

Links

"Links" will show any internal or external web page links added by your Administrator. This can include links to your company website, 401k, medical/insurance provider, etc.

Time Off

"Time Off" will show the next scheduled day off (holiday or approved time off request), your current time off balance, and allow you to review and submit time off details.

Workflows

"Workflows" will show any workflows that require your attention and manage/start workflows.

Pay Data

"Pay Data" allows you to review your pay stub and/or W2.

Information

The "Information" page accessed from the menu will present similar information from the employee homepage, such as company info and links, along with your employee information, documents uploaded by an Administrator, user preferences, employee directory, and a to do list.
