Issue
If a data sync completes but returns an error log with a lengthy HTML-style message, it is often indicative of a timeout error.
Resolution
- Review the HTML output for text stating that the operation "timed out" to confirm the issue. Press CTRL + F on your keyboard and search for the text "timed out" to make it easier.
- Once the timeout error is confirmed, rerun the sync operation.
- If the error persists after retrying, let us know so we can work with HH2 to address the issue.
