Auditing and Reposting a Job Posting

When posting jobs from the ATS, you may want to periodically close and repost a job when it is a position that you are consistently hiring for an extended period. In these situations, we suggest reposting the job periodically so it is listed higher on a job board and to encourage people with a new job posting, compared to an old job posting that has been active for an extended period with hundreds/thousands of applicants. When closing a job, the applicants to the job posting are not lost, so you can refer to them later from the closed job posting or the candidate pool.

The ATS will also try to automatically repost jobs on free job boards once a month, so it is listed at the top of the free job board.

If you are unfamiliar with the steps in the ATS, you can refer to our dedicated resources for closing and posting a job.
