Arcoro is pleased to announce various enhancements to help improve your experience with enhanced security for data exports, an additional labor class field, and provide access to the most up-to-date EEO-1 Form. You can learn more about any of the enhancements with the release notes linked below:
- SSH Key Handling - Offers key-based authentication for automated file transfers offering increased security and aligning with industry-standard best practices.
- Labor Class Field - A new field called Labor Class will now appear in the system for use with Arcoro Payroll functionality to support prevailing wage determination and compliance.
- EEO-1 Form - You will now have access to the most up-to-date form (OMB Control Number: 3046-0049, Expiration Date: 11/30/2026) when using the EEO-1 reporting feature in Core HR. This will help ensure you are collecting and organizing workforce data in the correct format required by the EEOC, making it easier to complete your electronic submission on the EEOC’s website.
- PA Manager Field and Preset of Required Fields - Provides consistency in user experience when syncing data between Core HR and Learning/Performance when completing an employee profile and required fields for Core HR.
