What is Acroro Hub?

Arcoro Hub is our solution that allows improved integration of similar data across Arcoro modules by eliminating needless data entry across modules, syncing of data with near real-time updates, and more. 

Data Mapping & Changes to Syncable Entities

Profile Edit Restrictions

Core HR is the system of record. Shared fields become read-only in ExakTime after initial save. Message displayed: “Employee fields displayed as read-only must be updated directly in Core HR.”

Location Sync Control

Users with ExakTime and Hub will see a new setting on Locations profiles "Sync to Other Arcoro products". This setting will allow select ExakTime locations to be synced and shared with Core HR and Talent products

The default value for new and existing locations is Off/False and users will be able to opt in select locations to sync to other Arcoro products when adding a new location or editing an existing location.

When this checkbox is enabled, this location will sync to

• Core HR Facilities
• Talent Locations

The ExakTime CSV Location Import will also provide a new mapping option to allow newly import locations to sync to other Arcoro modules. 

Contractor Flag Sync Control

Users with ExakTime will now see a "Contractor" checkbox on employee profiles to identify employees who track time in ExakTime but are not employed by the ExakTime customer (e.g., subcontractors). Contractors are excluded from Core HR management and will not sync to Core HR.

• For companies with Core HR + Hub, the Contractor status becomes permanent once enabled.
• ExakTime-only customers can toggle this setting on or off to prepare employee profiles before Core HR provisioning.
• The Contractor checkbox is linked to the Employee Type field at time of feature enablement:
  • Subcontractor = Contractor checkbox enabled (default)
  • Hourly, Salary, or Part-Time = Contractor checkbox disabled
