Deactivating an Offer Letter Approval Process for the ATS

If an existing offer letter approval is no longer relevant, it can be deactivated. 

Keep in mind that deactivating an offer letter approval will not affect any offer letters that have already been sent.

Navigating to Offer Letter Approvals
  • Click Administration from the top menu bar of the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Click Offer Letter Approvals on the left-hand side. If the option does not appear, you will need to enable the process. You can refer to the following article: How to Enable Offer Letter Approval Process.

Deactivate an Offer Letter Approval

  1. Click Deactivate towards the right of an offer letter approval under the Action column.

  2. A confirmation dialog will appear to confirm the deactivation. Click OK to confirm.

  3. A confirmation message will appear in the top left if successful and the offer letter approval will disappear from the list.
