We understand that getting started with the Onboarding can be overwhelming with the amount of data, previous configurations you may not want to touch, and the variety of options available. To help you out, we have compiled a list of articles that we think you may find useful. If you ever have any questions, feel free to contact us for support. You can also book time for Open Office Hours with Arcoro to discuss your current configuration and how you may be able to improve it.
We also offer a list of best practices and a periodic checklist to maintain Onboarding.
- Completing Onboarding as a New Hire - Understanding the New Hire Experience offers context into what a new hire will see, what documents they need to provide, and the potential questions/issues they may encounter.
- Completing Onboarding Manager Tasks - Onboarding Managers are expected to complete their new hires paperwork, confirm the validity of documents, review new hires reponses, and other tasks related to helping their new hires complete Onboarding. Managers may also be expected to complete Administrator tasks if required.
- Completing Onboarding Admin Tasks - Onboarding Administrators can configure the Onboarding module, help set up automations/templates for common items, manage other Onboarding users, and perform other tasks required for the Onboarding module to run optimally. Administrators may also be expected to complete Manager tasks if required.
- Monitoring a New Hire’s Onboarding Progress - Managers can review the progress of a new hire if they need to proactively check on them or assist them with the steps they may be stuck on.
- Manually Entering a New Hire into Onboarding - New hires can be manually entered so they can begin their Onboarding if they were passed over from the ATS.
- Electronic Filing Cabinet Overview - The electronic filing cabinet is where all of your employee's Onboarded files are stored for further review.
- Assigning Policies By Job Title - Policies can be configured to automatically appear depending on the new hire's job title.
- Allowing New Hires to Upload Documents - New hires can upload documents directly into the Onboarding platform, such as certifications.
- Kiosk Mode Overview - Kiosk mode allows a simplified layout for Onboarding employees on-site.
