Job Postings & Requisitions Descriptions

When creating a new job posting or requisition from scratch, you will be able to generate a job description with our AI Writing Assistant.

  1. The AI Writing Assistant will be available when creating a job requisition or job posting from a draft, scratch, template, or from an existing job.

  2. The "Job Posting" or "Job Requisition" page will present a "Generate Job Description" after filling in the job title. The job title will inform the AI writing assistance of the content it should generate for your job description.
  3. Click the "Generate Job Description" button, and the AI-generated job description will be automatically entered into the job description field.
  4. You can click the button again to generate an entirely new job description. If there is any part of the job description you want to keep, but regenerate it, you must copy the parts you want to keep before regenerating the job description.
  5. The job description should be reviewed before it is finalized for your organization. AI-generated job descriptions can be a great starting point, but you should always review for accuracy and tailor them for your organization, region, etc.
