Arcoro Release Roundup for March 2026

March's releases give construction teams greater confidence at every step: automating complex compliance workflows, surfacing the right information at the right time, and putting more control in the hands of the people who need it most.

Platform

Workplace Dashboard: Quick Links & Your Tasks

Release Notes

The Arcoro workplace dashboard now surfaces role-based tasks and quick links immediately upon login, so users can see what needs attention and act on it without navigating into individual modules first.

The new Your Tasks section dynamically shows high-priority items based on each user's role and permissions. Onboarding managers will see outstanding manager action items and any new hire paperwork due within three days. Each task shows up to five associated employees, expandable to twenty.

Quick Links give users one-click access to the most common action in each module they have access to, whether it’s posting a job in ATS, adding a new employee in Onboarding or Core HR, accessing the approval queue in LMS or Performance, or approving time in ExakTime. Users only see the quick links relevant to their permissions.

Admin AI Assistant

Release Notes

Arcoro's workplace dashboard now includes an AI Assistant for HR, LMS, and Performance administrators. Rather than clicking through multiple screens or building one-off reports to find basic workforce information, admins can type a question in plain language and get an answer in seconds for things like checking compliance status, reviewing workforce composition, or surfacing overtime risk.

The assistant reads directly from the company's data in Arcoro Hub and can display results in tables. It is read-only in its current state, and cannot make changes to records, export data, or navigate users to specific screens. Please note as well that conversation history does not persist after leaving the application or refreshing the page.

Hire

(ATS) AI Review When Posting a Job From Scratch

Release Notes

Arcoro's AI Writing Assistant is now available when posting a job from scratch, a draft, a template, or an existing job. Recruiters and hiring managers simply enter a job title in the job creation flow and click "Generate" to get a structured, role-specific job description in seconds, right inside the ATS. The content drops directly into the editor where it can be tweaked, regenerated, or posted as-is. For construction companies posting roles frequently across multiple crews or divisions, this removes one of the most common bottlenecks in the hiring process: staring at a blank page.

(ATS) Enlarge Text Editor Window

Release Notes

The editing experience for Email, Job, Offer Letter, and Referral Network templates got a significant upgrade. The template editor is now larger, more modern, and powered by the same editor used throughout the rest of the Arcoro platform, giving users more space to create, format, and review template content without feeling cramped.

This quality-of-life improvement makes building and updating templates faster and more intuitive, with no disruption to existing templates. All current content carries over automatically; no action is required from customers.

Manage

This month's Manage updates include two new features introduced in response to California SB 294, which establishes new requirements around employee rights during legal events. While these features were designed with SB 294 compliance in mind, they are available to all Arcoro Core HR customers — not just those operating in California — and can be enabled at any time.

(Core HR) Emergency Contact for Legal Events

Release Notes

Arcoro Core HR now supports a dedicated emergency contact designation for legal notification situations, specifically to help companies comply with requirements like California SB 294. When enabled, employees can designate one emergency contact to be notified in the case of a legal event; that designation is protected from accidental deletion once set. HR administrators can manage these designations in bulk via import/export, and the field is built into onboarding and employee event workflows so it isn’t missed during key lifecycle moments. Customers can choose to enable this feature when needed.

(Core HR) Legal Hold on Documents

Release Notes

When legal proceedings, audits, or regulatory investigations arise, the last thing an organization needs is a document disappearing. Arcoro Core HR now includes Legal Hold functionality for the Document Repository, allowing designated administrators to protect employee documents — including uploaded files, paystubs, and W-2s — from deletion or modification until the hold is lifted.

Admins with the appropriate permissions can place or remove holds directly from the Document Repository, and documents under hold are clearly flagged with a status indicator so nothing gets accidentally deleted. Every action is captured in a full audit log with timestamps and admin identity, giving organizations the documentation they need to demonstrate compliance. Permissions are disabled by default and must be explicitly assigned in General Settings, so setup is deliberate and controlled.

ExakTime

Copy Timecards on Behalf of Other Employees

Release Notes

Supervisors and administrators can now copy timecards and timesheets on behalf of the employees they manage, vs. just their own. When viewing an employee's timecard or timesheet, managers can select one or multiple destination employees and replicate the time entries across their team in one action. Location, cost code, start and end times, and equipment all carry over; and destination employees' own rounding and overtime policies apply automatically to the copied entries. For crews running the same schedule across multiple workers, this removes a significant source of repetitive data entry and reduces the downstream payroll corrections that come from missed or inconsistent time entries.

Touch Detail Report Enhancements

Release Notes

ExakTime's Touch Detail reports now give administrators the option to include meal breaks and unpaid time records alongside regular work entries without having to run running separate reports. Two new report options let admins choose whether to display unpaid hours as a column type, show unpaid time records (like meal breaks and unpaid PTO) as distinct rows, or both. The default report behavior is unchanged, so teams that don't need this view won't see anything different.

Payroll

Prevailing Wage Automation

Release Notes

For construction companies running public works or government-funded projects, prevailing wage compliance has always meant significant manual work: tracking labor classifications, validating pay rates, and producing certified payroll reports to prove it. Getting it wrong can mean back wages, withheld contract funds, or debarment.

Arcoro's new Prevailing Wage Automation feature addresses this end to end to automate the full lifecycle of a prevailing wage job. Field employees can now clock in by job and labor class in ExakTime, ensuring every hour is correctly tagged before it reaches payroll. Administrators create wage determination rate tables by job and labor class in Payroll, and with the "Automatically Set Rates" toggle enabled, the system checks each employee's pay at sync and adjusts it to meet the prevailing wage automatically. A new Wage Determination tab provides a clear pre-submission view of every employee with prevailing wage earnings, flagging any pay that doesn't meet requirements before payroll is submitted. Certified Payroll reports can be exported by job or location in WH-347 and LCP Tracker formats.

Key Reports Cannot Be Run With the Same Start and End Date

Within several payroll reports, it was previously not possible to run the report for a one-day time period. When a user chose the report day, an error would appear. These reports can now be run for a one-day period by selecting the same start and end dates for the report range. The affected reports are: Tax Liability, Job Costing, General Ledger, Contractor Payments, and Deduction Register.

Grow

Bulk Learning Import

Release Notes

Many construction companies have years of training and certification history living in spreadsheets, legacy systems, or paper records, and getting all of that into an LMS has historically meant hours of manual data entry. Arcoro Grow's LMS now includes a Bulk Import tool that lets training administrators upload historical course completions and certifications via CSV, making it possible to consolidate all of that history into a single system of record without the manual work. Admins can download a ready-made CSV template, populate it with historical records, and upload the file directly from the LMS Admin menu. The import runs in the background, so it doesn't interrupt other work — and a built-in import history table shows progress in real-time, flags any errors, and lets admins download a detailed error log to resolve issues row by row. Imported records show up in user training histories and standard LMS reports just like any other completed course or certification.

Integrations

Exclude Employee ID Filter Batch 1 (ExakTime, Sage 100, & Sage 300)

Release Notes

This release gives customers precise control over which employees sync by introducing a powerful “exclude” filter for ExakTime, Sage 100, and Sage 300 integrations. Even if an employee meets other inclusion criteria, they can now be reliably kept out of syncs, helping customers protect sensitive records, clean up test or legacy data, and keep integrations tightly aligned with real-world HR and payroll needs.

Remove Redundant Error Message for an Invalid Model

We’ve streamlined sync error messaging, so customers see only clear, actionable information when something goes wrong. By removing redundant “one or more validation errors” messages across multiple providers, support teams and administrators can troubleshoot faster, reduce noise in logs, and focus on the specific issues that truly need attention.

Integrations Audit Logging & Change History

This feature introduces a comprehensive audit logging framework for integrations, capturing who changed what, when, and why across connectors, sync definitions, schedules, and executions. Customers and internal teams gain a clear, searchable history of integration activity, increasing trust, speeding up investigations when data discrepancies occur, and strengthening overall compliance and enterprise readiness.
