Due to new standards and changes from our Job Board partners, the "Auto Refresh" feature of the ATS will be deprecated and deactivated for users beginning 6/24/26.
As the auto refresh option will be deprecated, we recommend the following:
- You routinely close and repost a job to ensure you can maintain a steady stream of candidates.
- If you are using Indeed, refer to our resource to help optimize your job postings for Indeed.
Disabling Automatic Refresh
- Click from the menu bar of the ATS.
- Click from the list. It is the first option listed.
- Scroll down and toggle 'Enable Automatic Refresh'.
- You should see a message that any active job postings that would qualify for refresh will be auto-refreshed within 24 hours.
- Click Save Information at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
