Platform

Unified Mobile App

Release Notes

In June 2026, Arcoro is launching a new unified Mobile App: a single application that brings Arcoro Time (formerly ExakTime) tracking and Core HR together for the first time. Employees no longer need two separate apps or logins to manage their work. The launch release ships the full Arcoro Time mobile experience alongside four Core HR self-service features: My Info, Company Directory, My Benefits, and Pay Stubs. The app is available for free download on the Apple App Store and Google Play (active Arcoro subscription required), and employees can log in with their existing credentials; no re-enrollment needed. The legacy ExakTime app will remain available during a transition period. Additional Core HR capabilities, including Time & Attendance and Time Off, are on the roadmap for future releases.

Add Standard Imports for Job Codes and Departments

This feature allows an HR or payroll admin to load this setup data in bulk instead of entering it manually or using inconsistent spreadsheets. It solves a common setup problem where typos, duplicate job codes, misnamed departments, and hierarchy errors create downstream issues in payroll, reporting, and timekeeping. In addition to the imports, validation has been added to prevent duplicates of job codes and departments – resulting in cleaner workforce data and onboarding.

User Account Management in the Arcoro API

Release Notes

This change allows customer integration developers and IT admins to create login access when they create a person record, then manage invitations, password resets, activation, MFA, and SSO mapping through person-based endpoints. It solves a current onboarding gap where an employee can be created through the API but still cannot sign in. Now, both the employee record and system access are created in the same workflow.

(ATS) Hide Auto-Refresh Functionality: Indeed-Related Fix

Release Notes

Indeed recently changed how it processes refreshed job postings, leading to customers experiencing a drop in job visibility without an obvious cause. Postings that looked active were being flagged as duplicates behind the scenes, reducing reach right when hiring momentum matters most. As a result of this change by Indeed, we've removed the job refresh feature from Arcoro ATS entirely, including refresh controls in account settings, the refresh button on job detail pages, and automated reminder emails. Existing auto-refresh has already been turned off across all accounts as of the June release.

(ATS) Bulk Status Assignment for Jobs

Recruiters are now able to close multiple open jobs at once instead of updating each one individually. They can select several jobs from a list, confirm the action, and apply the status change in a single step – keeping job postings accurate and avoiding leaving filled positions open by mistake. This change solves a formerly cumbersome workflow that creates inconsistent job statuses and delays communication with applicants. Speed matters when construction hiring teams are managing multiple openings at once across locations, departments, or job types.

Employee Sync for ATS > Onboarding > Arcoro Time (formerly ExakTime) and Talent customers

Release Notes

For customers using ATS, Onboarding, and either Arcoro Time (formerly ExakTime), LMS, or Performance together, a gap in the hire-to-onboard workflow required admins to manually enter employees into Arcoro Time after onboarding. We’ve closed that gap by adding the ability to mark a new hire for sync at the moment of hire. This means that once employees complete onboarding, they move into Arcoro Time (formerly ExakTime) automatically. For construction and field-service teams managing crews and time tracking across multiple job sites, it’s a step toward a hiring and workforce management experience that works as a single, connected system.

Manage

Bulk Document Download

Release Notes

HR administrators are now able to download many employee documents at once instead of opening each record and saving files one by one. Admins can select employees or use filters, then export documents in a ZIP file organized by employee and document category, with progress tracking and permission controls. This speeds up audits, compliance reviews, terminations, migrations, and other high-volume document requests where manual downloads take too long and increase the risk of missed files. For Arcoro’s construction and field-service customers, it also supports large, distributed workforces that generate heavy documentation needs.

Add Suffix to the Employee Profile Ribbon

Release Notes

Adding a suffix to the employee search bar within Core HR lets the user search for employees with clearer, more specific results when similar names or records create confusion. Identifying the right employee record takes less back-and-forth and less manual checking during routine HR work—which matters for small teams that need to move quickly through employee data.

Include Option to Display Employee ID in Employee Portal

HR administrators now have a setting to show or hide each employee’s ID in the portal. When enabled, employees can find their ID in a visible location without contacting HR or searching other systems. Employees are now able to complete onboarding paperwork, benefits forms, timesheets, and support requests that require an employee identifier without blockers. Construction employees are often distributed across jobsites and offices, so easier access to this information reduces delays, cuts manual follow-up, and improves record matching across workflows.

Payroll

Check: Real-Time Proactive Alerting

Release Notes

Email notifications are now sent when our partner Check reports important payroll and filing events, including scheduled tax debits, balancing payroll creation, and meaningful filing status changes.  Payroll administrators, customer support teams, implementation teams, and Arcoro operations staff who need early visibility into payroll-impacting activity no longer need to manually monitor or log support ticket. This change surfaces issues before they become surprises—meaning fewer unexpected debits, less filing confusion, and faster awareness when payroll activity needs attention.

Add GL Mappings and Segments

This change gives payroll admins more precise control over how payroll activity maps to the general ledger. It adds tax-level mapping for employer and employee federal and state taxes, expands segment options to include cost code, work location, and job, and brings non-hourly earnings and reimbursements into the same mapping flow. This solves a key setup gap for teams with complex accounting requirements that currently rely on manual workarounds or incomplete mappings, especially construction and field-service customers that need detailed labor costing and location-based financial reporting before go-live.

Support Balancing Payrolls

Console now has a quarterly balancing payroll view, so payroll administrators can review payroll items, contractor payments, transactions, and tax deposits for the quarter in one place and download a tax receipt report. Administrators can more easily spot discrepancies and resolve issues before quarter-end processing. This is a more reliable quarter-end review process for Arcoro customers whose payroll recipients are mixed worker types with frequent tax activity.

Usability Enhancements

We’ve updated several Payroll workflows used by payroll administrators and application administrators, including compensation setup, user linking, tax parameter auditing, payroll warning visibility, and search behavior in documents and pay schedules. The feature fixes interface issues that slow down routine work, such as hard-to-use dropdowns, misaligned actions, confusing warning counts, and search fields that do not return expected results. It also adds clearer audit history for sensitive tax changes, giving teams more confidence when managing payroll data and troubleshooting issues.

Grow

Allow Approvers to Make Comments that are Viewable on the Final Evaluation

A new setting that shows approver comments on finalized employee evaluations and their PDF versions. Managers, HR users, and other evaluation creators can now review and retain approver feedback after the approval step is complete. Keeping these comments on the completed evaluation preserves the full approval record and reduces back-and-forth for teams managing performance reviews, allowing them to get done more quickly and work to continue.

Time

Arcoro Time (formerly ExakTime) Scheduler Updates

Release Notes

These enhancements give schedulers and operations managers a broader view of employees, locations, and coverage in a single screen. We’ve added a grid view, better handling of bulk schedule adds, and the ability to repeat/copy schedules an employees shifts to any other employees.  Users can view more data at once and avoid extra scrolling, navigation, and manual work required to confirm coverage.

Sage Intacct Entity Support Update

Arcoro now treats the Intacct Location entity as a business dimension called Entity, while Arcoro Locations store the actual project work address from the Intacct Project Ship To contact. This fixes confusion between accounting entities and jobsite addresses, reducing payroll setup errors, onboarding issues, and manual corrections – enabling accurate project worksite data that drives project-based workforce operations.

Integrations

Sync Notification Emails for Manual Syncs

This update lets admins configure exactly who gets notified and when, for both scheduled and manually triggered integration syncs, so the right people always know what happened without delay. No more manually checking execution status or relying on someone to follow up when something looks off.

Sage 100: AccountLinx to Include Certified Locations

This integration now supports certified location flagging for Sage 100 payroll exports, allowing payroll admins to mark certified jobs in the integration instead of manually checking each employee line in Sage 100 after every export. This removes a repetitive step in certified payroll workflows and reduces the chance of missed or incorrect certified designations—saving time for customers who manage prevailing wage or other certified jobs.

QuickBooks Online: Add “Employee” to “Map to” Billable Hours in AccountLinx

This feature adds an Employee option to the “Map to” setting for Billable Hours in AccountLinx for QuickBooks Online.  Payroll admin or accounting users who are configuring the integration often need labor hours tied to individual employees instead of only locations or cost codes. Prior to this release, the inability to map billable hours at the employee level created extra reconciliation work and weakened payroll and reporting accuracy. This enhancement closes a gap in the accounting workflow.
