The unified timecard is our new timecard page that combines the functionality of the original timecard, timesheet, and bulk time entry. This allows you to view all of your employees in one place, regardless of how they track their time. All your data you have been interacting with remains unchanged,
Until January 15, 2027, the original timecards, timesheets, and bulk time entry pages will still be available, allowing your organization time to update any internal processes you have and get familiar with the Unified Timecard.
Approvals, custom fields, mobile form responses, the Field Notes quick link, and Quick Print/Email are not on this page yet and require you to use the classic pages for those. Additional details can be found here.

-
Search Bar - Filter the time by employee, location, or cost code.
- Searching for a location shows employees with time recorded for the given location. You can only search for one location at a time without building a view.
- Expand/Collapse All - Expand or collapse all employee's time.
- Add time
Employee List
The employee list will show you:
- Employee ID, Name, and an indicator if their time is tracked with timecards or timesheets.
- A red warning icon will show if the employee has anything to resolve, such as a missing stop time.
- Recalculate Arrow - Reruns the pay policy calculation for the employee.
- Hour Totals - Totals for the selected time frame broken down across Reg/OT1/OT2/Unpaid in hours and minutes. There will be a - (dash) icon if there are no hours for a given column.
Employee Time
Clicking anywhere along an employee's row will expand/collapse their time. If an employee has time for a day, it will be listed for the given day. If the employee has no time for a given day, it will not be listed.
Each day will list:
-
Actions
-
- Edit the time record.
-
- Delete the time record.
-
- Location
- Cost Code
- Start/Time for Timecards or Hours for Timesheets.
- Reg/OT1/OT2/Unpaid/Total - Hours for the given column. Negative values, such as auto-lunch deductions, are shown in orange.
Time Iconography
The following icons and labels can appear if the time meets the criteria:
From Users
The following icons are the result of
- Green dot next to the time - The GPS recorded with the timepunch is outside the geofence of the location for the time record.
- Red dot next to the time - The GPS recorded with the timepunch is outside the geofence of the location for the time record. If the geofence is updated for a location, the dot can change to green if the new geofence covers the recorded GPS.
- Equipment icon - Equipment was recorded with the time. Hover over the icon to see which equipment was recorded.
- Comment icon - Comments were recorded with the time, such as through the Time app or by an admin on the website.
From the System
The following are the results of automations in the system based on your configuration.
- Auto-Lunch Row - A system-generated deduction from your auto-lunch policy. Time and assignments can be edited, but there are no additional details to modify.
- Shield Icon - A system-generated time off record.
- Virtual Stop - The stop time mirrors the start record of the following time. This is the expected and desired result when an employee clocks in to another location and/or cost code while already clocked in.
Exceptions
- Missing Start Time - A record has a stop time but no start time.
- Missing Stop Time - The employee clocked in but did not clock out. The day is labeled Missing stop time, and the Stop column on that record reads Missing stop time in red.
- Missing Location or Cost Code - A record is missing its location or its cost code. A day can carry more than one of these labels at once.
- Missing Meal Break - No meal break recorded for the day.
Time Details
Click the icon next to the start/stop time to view the time/punch details.

Managing Your Timecard
You have a variety of options for managing your timecard, from the view to updating your employee's time.
What Stays on the Classic Pages
Unified Time Cards is the first release of the unified time management experience, and it does not yet include everything your team can do on the classic pages. The workflows below remain available only on the classic Timecards, Timesheets, and Bulk Time Entry pages for now.
| Workflow | Where to do it today |
|---|---|
| Mobile Form Responses and the form editor | Classic Timecards and Timesheets pages. |
| Custom Fields on time cards | Classic Timecards and Timesheets pages. |
| Field Notes quick link | Classic Timecards and Timesheets pages. |
| Pay period or daily approvals | Classic Timecards and Timesheets pages. |
| Quick Print and Quick Email | Classic Timecards and Timesheets pages. |
This is why the classic pages stay fully functional through January 15, 2027. Your team can use Unified Time Cards for day to day time management and continue to rely on the classic pages for these workflows. Arcoro will keep closing the gap based on your feedback and the most commonly used features and workflows.
Two things worth telling your administrators before the date
- Nothing is being switched off. Every page and workflow your team uses today keeps working, side by side with Unified Time Cards, through January 15, 2027.
- Approvals stay where they are for now. If your process is to review time and then approve it, review and correct it in Unified Time Cards and approve on the classic pages until approvals move over.
