Setting up your Job Templates with Spanish translations can help you reach more potential candidates and help them feel more comfortable when applying to your job posting. Creating a Spanish job template is similar to the standard process of creating an English job posting, but it offers fields to provide Spanish text.
When reviewing your candidate's responses, keep in mind that their responses will remain in their original language. For example, if a candidate responds to a question in Spanish, you will review the question in English, but the response will be in Spanish.
- Go to Administration and click Job Templates.
- Click Add Template for a new job template or Edit for an existing template.
- Enable "Spanish".
- Additional "Spanish" fields will appear for you to populate, such as the Job Title and Job Description.
- The "Spanish Job Title" field must be completed to properly save the job template. If the field is not completed, the job template will appear to save, but it will not save properly until the Spanish job title is entered.
- When adding any screening questions, there will be a Spanish field to populate in addition to the English field.
- Click Add Job Template/Save Changes when finished.
