Training Profile for Positions in Core HR

A training profile added to a position will be assigned to the employee when the position is added to their profile.

Training items listed in the "Training Profile" tab are entered from the Training and Achievement page.

Navigating to Position Training Profile
  1. Expand Settings, expand Performance Mgmt, and click Positions from the menu.

  2. Click the Positions tab.

  3. Click an existing position or click Add Position from the Actions drop-down menu to create a new position.

  4. Click the Training Profile tab.

  • Select the required training for this position
  • Click Save Training Profile.
