Once configured and added to positions, skills can be used in a few different ways:
- Review Forms - Skills can be assigned to a tab in the review form to be assessed during performance reviews.
- Applicant Tracking - Applicants can be asked to select and rate skills during the application process. If skills have been selected and rated in the positions this will give the applicants a matching percentage value.
Expand for Navigation Steps to Skill Tracking
- Expand Settings, expand Performance Mgmt, and click Skills from the menu.
Click the filter icon to filter the list of employees by their manager:
The Tracking tab for Skills provides the following columns:
- Employee ID
- Employee
- Position
- Employee Skill Value - The employee skill value
- Position Skill Value - The position skill value
- Position Skill % - The % of skills that the employee matches the position skill value
