The "My Settings" page of ExakTime allows you to adjust preferential settings such as how names are displayed and distance units. These settings will only affect you on ExakTime Connect and will not affect other users on ExakTime Connect or ExakTime Mobile.
Click your name/company name in the top right of the menu bar and click My Settings.
Display
The "Display" settings allow you to configure the first and last name order, the format of distances, and how hours are formatted.
The "Display" options for ExakTime Connect are:
- When viewing employees, show their names as:
- Last Name, First Name
- First Name, Last Name
- For GPS, display units as:
- Miles
- Kilometers
- Time Card Hours Format
- 8:30 (Hours & minutes)
- 8.5 (Decimal)
- 8h 30m (Hours & minutes)
Notifications
The notification settings can be used for optional features, such as Time Off, Scheduler, and Daily Time Card Approvals. Some notification settings will only appear if the notification has been enabled by an Administrator from the respective notification menu.
