Understanding Project Reviews

Project reviews allow leadership to initiate an employee evaluation, even if the employee is not a direct report. This can be helpful if a manager is reviewing an employee's performance, such as for a multi-department project or an employee working at an atypical location.

Project evaluations will require an Administrator (or someone who has been assigned the new “Manage Project Reviews” permission) to set up projects and assign project evaluation forms to those projects.

Employees will need to be assigned the second new permission, “Complete Project Reviews”, in order to conduct a project review on another employee.

We offer a video training for this topic on Arcoro Learning.
