Using 'View Homepage' opens a new window/tab that allows you to view the employee homepage from the perspective of the employee profile that you are currently viewing. This option can be helpful when configuring your employee homepage or when an employee is having trouble with using their employee homepage.
Any actions done while viewing an employee's homepage will be as if the employee had performed the action. This can be critical if the employee is required to provide information or acknowledgment.
Expand 'Employees', expand 'Employee Homepage', and click View Homepage. If you are viewing the employee profile, hover over 'Employee Page' and click View Homepage.
The employee homepage will have a red banner warning you that you are currently viewing another employee's homepage. This banner will persist across other pages and menus related to the employee's homepage.
