Managers can access the "Management" tab of Performance Management to perform and view the reviews of the employees who report to them. The sub-tabs available under the Management tab will depend on the settings configured in the Employee Portal Access tab of the Admin Portal.
- Click Performance from the menu.
- Click the Management from the Actions drop-down menu to create a new job posting or the title of an existing job posting.
If the “Enable downstream managers” option is enabled in the "General Settings" menu of Performance Management, managers can select other Performance Assessment Managers that report to them in the Manager tab. By doing so, they can see the reviews of employees who report to those downstream managers.
