Performing a Deep Sync with HH2 for Core HR to Sage 300

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open your HH2 Sync Client.
  2. Select the Sync that you would like to Deep Sync.

  3. Click Settings from the top-right.

  4. Change the "Sync Type" to "Deep".

  5. Change the "Limit to previous" to "From the beginning of time".

  6. Click OK.

  7. Click Sync and wait for the "Synchronization Complete" message.

  8. Click Settings towards the top-right.

  9. Change the "Sync Type" to "Shallow".

  10. Change the "Limit to previous" to "1 day".

  11. Click OK.

  12. From this point forward, if you need to perform a sync, you will only need to perform a "Shallow" sync.
