A Job Requisition approval process can be created to designate users/contacts that need to review a job posting before it goes live. You can create as many job requisition approval processes as needed to contact the appropriate individuals, such as job requisition approvals for different departments.
Each Approval Process can have up to 15 levels of approvers. Multiple approvers can be to a single level. Each approver can have a designated backup.
If there are multiple approvers of the same level receive the approval email at the same time, only one of the approvers needs to approve the requisition for it to move to the next approver level.
The user creating a requisition request or creating a template can designate the appropriate approval process for that job.
- All configurations to job requisition approvals are done from the "Job Req Approvals" sub-menu found under Administration. To begin, click from the menu bar.
