Classrooms are associated with classes. Think of it like a college course, you have the course, then the class for each session and day the class occurs. The information added here will be the selection to pick from when creating a class for an Instructor Led event.
Navigating to Classrooms
From the Learning Management page, click LMS Admin, then click Training, then click Classrooms.
The Classrooms page will have columns showing the:
- Classroom Name
- Classroom Capacity
- Building
- City
- State
- Notes
- Status
Clicking any of the column headers will allow you to sort the list.
In the top right is a toggle to show inactive rooms in the list.
Add Classrooms
- Click Add Classroom to add a new classroom.
- Enter the information for your classroom.
- Room Name
- Capacity - How many people the classroom can hold
- Building
- City
- State
- Notes - Can only be seen within the Manage Classrooms area
- Click Save when finished.
Edit Classroom
- Click the ... button under the Action column.
- Click Edit from the Action menu.
- Edit the information for your classroom.
- Room Name
- Capacity - How many people the classroom can hold
- Building
- City
- State
- Notes - Can only be seen within the Manage Classrooms area
- Click Save
Delete Classroom
Classrooms that are in use cannot be deleted.
- Click the ... button under the Action column.
- Click Delete from the Action menu.
- In the confirmation modal, click OK to confirm the deletion.
