Managing Referral Network Contacts to the ATS

The contacts/members of a referral network will receive communication when you have selected the referral network for new job postings. You can manage the members of a referral network while viewing the 'List Members' page.

You can also import members into a referral network to quickly set up your referral network members.

Navigating to Referral Network Members
  • Click Administration from the top menu bar.

  • Click Referral Networks from the list on the left-hand side.

  • Click List Members for a referral network.

Adding/Editing a Contact

  • Click Add Member to create a new contact or click Edit for an existing contact.

  • Enter/edit the information for the referral network member.

  • Click Add Referral Network Member/Save Changes when finished.

Deactivate Member

If a member of a referral network is no longer with the appropriate contact, they can be deactivated.

  • Click Deactivate for the member.

  • Confirm the deletion.

Reviewing Contact Log

  • Click View Log to review the communications sent to the selected member.

  • Specify the date range and click Refresh Log to view a list of communication sent to the member.

Reactivating a Deactivated Member

  • Toggle the Yes/No button to include deactivated members in the list.

  • Click Activate for the member.

    ATS

  • Confirm the activation.
