How to Set Users To Inactive for Onboarding

When an Onboarding user no longer needs access or is no longer at your organization, you can make them inactive.

Navigating to Users
  • Click Administration from the menu bar.

  • Click the Users tab.

  1. Find the user from the list or use the search box.
  2. On the far right of the user's row, click the ... button and Edit.

  3. A pop-up will appear with the user's current information.

  4. Set the Access to Inactive.

  5. Click Save. The User's information will be updated.
