Platform
AI Admin Assistant: Phase 2
Release Notes
This update expands Arcoro’s AI assistant for HR admins by adding access to broader company data through OData, including employee timecard information where the admin already has permission to view it. It is for HR, learning, and performance admins who need quick answers without switching between systems or searching across modules. The feature solves a key gap in the first release by improving the assistant’s usefulness, enforcing employee access limits, and refining the experience based on customer feedback, which matters for multi-module customers managing distributed teams and workforces.
[Arcoro API] Expose Data Warehouse OData API to Customers
Release Notes
This feature exposes Arcoro’s Data Warehouse as a customer-facing OData API, with separate access through APIM and documentation for connecting from tools like Excel, Power BI, and custom scripts. It is for customer developers, BI analysts, and data teams who need direct query access to warehouse data. It solves the current gap where customers must export reports or request custom extracts because the existing Arcoro API only supports transactional, real-time reads. For construction and field-service customers, this gives teams a practical way to analyze historical operational data across jobs, hiring, and workforce activity.
Add Dynamic “Your Tasks” to Workplace Dashboard
This new section shows supervisors and managers the actions that need attention as soon as they log in. Instead of clicking around the platform to find pending work, they see real-time tasks such as timecard approvals and time off requests, along with a short list of affected employees and links to the right filtered page. This removes a common delay in daily review workflows and matters for Arcoro’s construction and field-service customers, where managers need to approve crew activity and time-sensitive requests quickly.
Hire
[ATS] Resume Scanner
Release Notes
The Resume Scanner gives recruiters and hiring managers an AI-generated snapshot of each applicant directly in the job’s candidate list, showing relevant skills, with experience highlights. It solves the slow, inconsistent process of opening and reviewing resumes one by one, especially when formats vary or key qualifications are easy to miss. This matters for Arcoro’s construction and field-service customers, where hiring teams often need to review large applicant pools quickly and make faster, more consistent decisions without relying on automated candidate scoring.
[Onboarding] Configuration of New Hire Experience for Business Units
Release Notes
Business unit–specific new hire experience configuration lets HR administrators and onboarding managers set different welcome content, paperwork completion messages, documents, and videos for each business unit instead of using one company-wide experience for everyone. The feature solves a common gap for organizations with multiple divisions that need onboarding content to reflect different teams, leadership, and resources without relying on manual follow-up outside the platform. For Arcoro’s construction and field-service customers, this matters because large, multi-division organizations often need localized onboarding that still stays centrally managed.
Payroll
Add CSV Import Support for Contractor Payments
This update allows payroll administrators to upload contractor earnings in bulk during payroll processing instead of entering each payment manually. The import matches each row to an existing active contractor by ContractorId, adds valid contractors to the payroll when needed, and skips rows with issues such as unmatched contractors, duplicate earnings, invalid locations, or invalid payment details. This matters for Arcoro’s construction and field-service customers because they often pay mixed workforces and need a faster, more reliable way to load contractor payments without slowing payroll or creating avoidable data errors.
Add Support for Quarterly Tax Variance Reports
Allows users to pull data directly without relying on Check or manual follow-up, and addresses a current gap in reporting, where new Check reports exist but are not available in Arcoro's payroll app. By making this report available in-product, the feature gives the user direct access to the information they need during quarterly tax review and reduces delays caused by unsupported report requests.
Sage Intacct Location Sync Update
Now, Arcoro stores the physical work location from the Ship to contact field and tracks the business entity separately. It is for payroll admins, implementation teams, and office staff who rely on imported project, employee, contractor, time, and GL data to stay accurate across Arcoro products. This matters for construction and field-service customers because crews, jobs, and payroll depend on the correct work location.
Updated Payroll Reports
May’s new report bundle adds a focused set of payroll reporting updates for payroll admins and internal admin users who need clearer visibility into payment activity, compliance checks, and export data. The feature improves pay stub report formatting so employee details stay on one row, adds a worker class ratios report for wage determination review, and includes Department ID and Department Name in Payroll Register and Payroll Summary reports. These changes remove manual investigation and cleanup when teams validate payroll data, review classification ratios, and move report outputs into downstream systems.
Setup Parameters - Tax Updates
Release Notes
This release brings tax setup parameter maintenance into Payroll, allowing payroll admins to review tax settings by state, update allowed values, and add future-dated changes without contacting support. The feature solves a current gap where routine tax updates require manual help or happen outside Payroll, creating delays and extra back-and-forth. It also gives admins clearer visibility into current and future values, along with compliance guardrails such as effective-date rules, provisional indicators, and acknowledgment language that fits the sensitivity of tax changes for construction and field-service employers.
Usability & UX Enhancements
These targeted updates for payroll admins and implementation teams who manage certified payroll reporting, garnishments, and tax filings close workflow gaps that force teams to wait until payroll is complete, work around missing garnishment setup options, or search through limited tax filing views to find the right information. The feature adds earlier access to certified payroll data, support for miscellaneous garnishments, and clearer tax filing details so administrators can complete compliance and payroll administration tasks with less confusion, fewer manual steps, and less reliance on support.
We’ve also made updates to several payroll and configuration screens for payroll admins and operations users who need clearer information while processing payroll and managing setup. The feature adds editable PTO and sick balances in draft payroll, clarifies fringe credit units, standardizes active and inactive filtering on the People page, shows tax statuses as pills, flags inactive general ledger mapping values, and improves the classification modal. It removes ambiguity in key workflows, reduces avoidable mistakes and support questions, and matters for Arcoro construction and field-service customers whose teams manage complex payroll and workforce records across active and inactive employees.

[Performance] Allow Employee Signoff on Evaluations
Release Notes
Employees can now review and acknowledge completed performance evaluations on their own device, rather than sharing a device with their manager at the time of sign-off. Once a manager completes and signs their portion of a combined evaluation, the evaluation is automatically routed to the employee's "Evaluations Due" queue and a notification email is sent. The employee reviews the completed evaluation and signs off with their own PIN independently, then the evaluation returns to the manager for a final confirmation before moving to Completed for both parties. This removes a common scheduling dependency and strengthens the audit trail around acknowledgments.
[LMS] Filter to Completed Training Report to Hide Inactive Employees
This update adds a filter to the completed training, completed training by company location and the completed training by business unit reports so admins can hide inactive employees from the results. It is for the admin reviewing training completions and checking current workforce status. Today, the report includes records for inactive employees, which creates extra cleanup and makes it harder to focus on active staff. With this filter, the admin can review relevant training data faster and with less manual work.
[Performance] Resize window of the evaluation
This feature lets HR admins and managers expand and shrink the evaluation question editor while building or updating evaluations. It gives them more space to read long questions and instructions, make edits without text getting cut off, and use larger monitors more effectively. The feature solves a common workflow problem in the evaluation builder where fixed window space forces excessive scrolling and makes questions harder to review accurately. For Arcoro customers managing performance processes across distributed teams, clearer evaluation setup reduces errors and frustration during review cycle administration.
Integrations
Integrations Module User Access & Permissions
Release Notes
Integrations Module User Access & Permissions replaces the current all-or-nothing access model with four role-based permission levels: Read Only, User Admin, Sync Admin, and Company Admin. It is for Company Admins and other team members who manage integrations, users, and sync activity. The feature solves a core control gap by limiting each person to the actions they need instead of giving every approved user full admin access. This matters to Arcoro’s construction and field-service customers, where payroll, HR, and operations responsibilities often span multiple admins and require tighter oversight.
API Call Tracking
API Call Tracking records the inbound and outbound API calls that run during an IntFx integration and shows them in execution order with key details such as endpoint, method, timing, status, and relevant error information. It is for internal product, engineering, and support teams who investigate integration runs and need to verify what data was sent or received. The feature solves today’s black-box troubleshooting process, where teams rely on guesswork or deep log digging to understand failures, delays, and sync behavior, reducing time to resolution and preserving visibility into integration history over time.
Sage Intacct: Updates to Support Project-Based Addresses
This update changes how the Intacct integration handles project work addresses by making Arcoro Locations the source of truth for project and pending employee worksite addresses, using the Intacct Project Ship To contact instead of the Intacct Location entity. It is for Ops and HR admins, project managers, and payroll and compliance teams who rely on accurate project address data. It fixes confusion between accounting entities and actual jobsites, which causes payroll setup errors, onboarding issues, and manual cleanup. For Arcoro’s construction and field-service customers, accurate worksite data is critical for project-based workforce and compliance workflows.
