To track your time or submit time off requests, you will go to the following website:
Editing Time on Timesheet
- Log in and click the number above Time Cards.
- The pay period will default to the current one. If you wish to edit a Timesheet Card from another pay period, choose the pay period from the drop-down list and then click Filter Records.
- Click the Review Timesheet Cards
- Find the employee whose timesheet card you wish to edit and click on their name.
- You will see a list of current Project(s), Job Code(s), Extra(s), and Cost Codes. If you need to add any, use the drop-down menu and click Add to Timesheet.
- Enter the hours into the appropriate fields and click Save Timesheet when finished.
Editing Time on Time Cards
- Log in and click the number above Time Cards.
- The pay period will default to the current one. If you wish to edit a Timesheet Card from another pay period, choose the pay period from the drop-down list and then click Filter Records.
- Click the Review Time Clock Cards
- Click the employee name to edit their time card.
- Review the employees time card.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, click Create Time Clock Records.
- Enter the necessary fields:
- Time In & Out time.
- Enter your info on OT and Compensatory time here.
- Click Add Record.
Approving Time on Time Cards/Timesheets
- From your employee homepage, click the # above the “Time Cards”
- Click the tab with the time that you will be approving.
- Review the employee time cards/timesheets.
- To approve a time card or timesheet, click the checkbox towards the right for the employee.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, click Mark Selected as Approved.
Approving/Denying Time Off Requests
- From your employee homepage, click the # above the “Time Off Requests”
- Review the time off requests of your employees.
- Click the checkbox towards the right off the request.
- From the Actions drop-down menu, click either the option to approve or deny a time off request.
