Notes are used for managers/administrators to track employee-specific details and will not be seen by the employee. Managers can go to the notes section to view any notes they have taken on all employees or a specific employee. It is common to reference notes when completing a performance evaluation.
Since the system can be seen on mobile devices, Managers can take notes regarding an employee on the fly via their mobile device.
Navigating to Notes
- Go to Manager Tools in the menu bar and click Notes from your Performance module.
Viewing Notes
- Use the drop-down menu to view notes of selected employees or all employees.
- The notes about the selected employee(s) will populate the page. You can click the headers to sort the notes based on the created date,
Adding Notes
- Use the drop-down menu to view notes of selected employees or all employees.
- Click Add New to add a note for the employee(s) selected.
- Enter the note for the selected employee(s). Pay extra attention to the employee(s) that the note that will be assigned.
