The 'System Emails' tab displays emails generated from the Time Off Tracking module and delivered to the selected employee.
Expand for Navigation to System Emails Tab
Expand 'employees', expand 'Time and Labor Mgmt', then click Time Off, then click the System Emails tab. If you are viewing the employee profile, hover over 'Time & Labor', then click Time Off, then click the System Emails tab.
The menu will provide the following columns:

Action - Click the
magnifying glass icon to view a copy of the email sent to the employee.
- From - The sender of the email.
- To - The email recipient.
- Sent - When the email was sent.
- Subject - The subject of the email.
- Rejected
Clicking the filter icon will allow you to filter the system emails.
