The General reports page gives the administrator the ability to run reports that are associated with generic events that take place within the employee's data. Some of these reports include New Hire Summary, Termination Summary, Employee Birthdays, and Employee notes. These reports access data directly from the Employee Demographic menu.
Each report displays the Report Name, the type of file to choose from, and a quick description as to what data will be displayed on the selected report. To generate a report, click the PDF or Excel icon.
From the menu, expand Reports, expand Employee, and click General.
Filtering Reports
Click the filter icon to show the start and end date. Use the date menus and click Refresh Results. The report(s) you generate will respect the filtered date range.

New Hire Summary | Displays a graphical view of the count of employees hired by month (based upon the employee Hire Date). If zero employees were hired for a month within the data range, the month will not appear within the graph. |

Benefit Eligibility Summary | Displays a graphical view of the count of employees eligible for benefits by month (based upon the employee Benefit Eligibility Date). If zero employees were benefit eligible for a month within the data range, the month will not appear within the graph. |
Benefit Eligibility Detail | Displays a detailed listing of employees eligible for benefits by month (based upon the employee Benefit Eligibility Date). |
Termination Summary | Displays a graphical view of the count of employees terminated by month (based upon the employee Termination Date). If zero employees were terminated for a month within the data range, the month will not appear within the graph. |

Employee Birthdays ** | Displays a detailed listing of employee birthday's (month and day only) grouped by Month. This view excludes employees with an Employee Status of Terminated or Retired. |

Summary Form W-2 Reporting of Employer-Sponsored Health Coverage | Displays the total cost of coverage by Employee for benefits configured to be included in Form W-2 Reporting. This report can be provided to your Payroll Provider for W-2 Reporting requirements. |
Detail Form W-2 Reporting of Employer-Sponsored Health Coverage | Displays a detailed breakdown of cost of coverage by Employee for benefits configured to be included in Form W-2 Reporting. This report can be used to understand the totals reported on the Summary report. |
Detail Form W-2 Reporting of Employer-Sponsored Health Coverage (using Payroll Deductions) | Using the Payroll Deductions, this report displays the Payroll Deduction Date and total cost of coverage by Employee for benefits configured to be included in Form W-2 Reporting. This report can be provided to your Payroll Provider for W-2 Reporting requirements. |
Employee Status History | Displays a detailed listing of employees with an Employee Status History. |
