If enabled, you can review your own and other employees' timesheets from ExakTime Mobile. The Timesheets menu will only list employees who have "Timesheets" enabled for them.
Please keep in mind that the timesheets you are viewing throughout the week may not be the final timesheet, as your ExakTime administrator may need to make corrections. If you have any questions or concerns about the time on a timesheet, please consult your ExakTime administrator.
If you are unable to view other employees' timesheets or an employee is not listed, please consult your ExakTime Administrator for assistance.
Timesheets on ExakTime Mobile require an active Internet Connection to function.
- Press the ≡ button in the top left of ExakTime Mobile and press Timesheets from the menu.
Reviewing Timesheets
- Tap the employee icon
in the top right to select the employee timesheets to view. Only employees tracking time with timesheets in your viewset will be listed. Use Recents/Employees to select the employees to view.
- Tap the Date Range arrows in the top-left to view the current and previous pay weeks. You can view the current pay week and up to 5 previous pay weeks.
- Tap the sync icon
in the top-right to refresh the timesheets and view the latest information.
- Each listed employee will show the employee's total work hours and a breakdown of hours across Regular, OT1 (Overtime), OT2 (Doubletime), and Unpaid (unpaid time off) time.
- Each day will list the overall hours for the day and whether the time has been approved. Tapping the day will show the time for the day and any related information, such as comments.
- Tapping total time for a time record will show a breakdown of the hours across regular, OT1 (overtime), OT2 (doubletime), and unpaid (such as from unpaid time off) time.
- A grayed-out "0h 0m" will show for any day with no hours.
Managing Time
If you have permission to edit and delete timesheets, you will be able to add, edit, and delete time.
Adding Time
- Press the Add Time button.
- Press Select Employees and select the employees for whom you are adding time. The employees available are based on the selected employees from the "Timesheets" menu.
- Press Select Date to select the date(s) for when the time is to be entered. Choose from a single or multiple dates. The dates available are based on the selected date range from the "Timesheets" menu. If multiple dates are selected, the block of hours and details will be applied to each day.
- Press Select Location and select the active location to apply for the block of hours.
- Press Select Cost Code to apply to the block of hours.
- Hours are to be entered in .25 increments (15-minute), with a maximum of 24 hours. Any value that is not based on .25 increments, such as .33, will not be accepted.
- If an employee's timesheet is already approved at a lower level, you will see warning the the lower-level approvals will be removed to add the time.
Editing Time
- Press Edit Time to view and edit the time details such as the Date, Location, Cost Code, Hours, and Comments.
- Any changes made will have a "Changed" label while you are making your edit(s).
Deleting time for other employees using Timesheets Mobile
- Press Delete.
- Confirm the deletion. You cannot recover deleted time.
