2/2026 - Arcoro Payroll Release Notes - Additional Field Support in the Payroll Journal Report & Payroll Register Report

Arcoro is pleased to announce a series of Arcoro Payroll updates to enhance the Payroll experience with Additional Field Support in the Payroll Journal Report and Payroll Register Report.

For the Payroll Journal Report, we have built a revised version of the Payroll Journal report with two new fields — Employee ID and Department.  The new report helps payroll administrators import payroll data into their accounting system with greater ease.

For the Payroll Register Report, payroll admins can now use the register report to check payroll payment amounts, benefits, taxes, and deductions before submitting their payroll.

Enhancements

Payroll Journal Report

  1. The Payroll Journal report can be accessed in the reports section of the payroll application.

  2. Once an admin chooses the date range and downloads the report they will see the new fields for each employee included.

Payroll Register Report

As part of this update, we have made two main changes

  1. The Payroll Register report will now have an updated summary on the tile in the reports section.  The new summary will read “Summarizes each employee's gross pay, benefits, deductions, taxes and net pay for a specified date range.”
  2. The second main change includes updating several fields in the report.
    • Employee benefits – Previously, employer contribution amounts for each employee were not shown on the report.  Now, these display in a new column titled “Benefit Paid By Company – DEN”.  The last three letters in the example field title represent the benefit code.
    • Deductions – These now show with new field names.  For example, a child support deduction would be labeled as “Deduction - Child Support”.  In this case, the text “Child Support” represents the name of the deduction.
    • Employer taxes – Previously, not all company taxes were shown on the report.  Now, there are columns labeled for each tax a company is paying.  These are broken out by employee.   An example of the new field name is “Tax Paid By Company - Alabama State Unemployment Tax”, with the second half representing the tax the company is paying.
    • Employee taxes – These now display under a new field name.  An example of one of these field names is “Tax Paid By Employee - Arizona State Tax”.  The amounts in these columns now match the amounts shown in the “By Employees” section of the payroll review.
