Audit
Audit reports are used to track information such as meal breaks or changes made to an employee's time card in ExakTime.

Displays an approximate total for your payroll, broken down by employee. To run this report, you'll need to set an hourly wage for each employee (available on Employees > Employee Detail), and you'll need to enter wage multiplier and burden values (found on Company Settings > Other > Reports). |

Provides the employee responses to an ExakTime form. |

Displays employees' daily and total hours worked for a pay period. |

GPS Touch Detail |
Displays GPS details for every ExakTime Mobile punch, including distance to location, and whether or not the punch was inside the GeoFence. Useful for verifying that employees are on a job site when punching in or out. This report requires the location address or latitude/longitude coordinates to be set. |

Missed Clock Ins/Outs |
Displays days and locations where employees forgot to clock in or out, or used the same keytab twice in a row. Useful for helping resolve payroll issues with inaccurate time. |

Time Card |
Displays daily and total employee hours worked for a pay period in a time card format suitable to give to employees, with an optional employee signature line. |
|
Time Card By Week |
Displays daily, weekly, and total employee hours worked for a pay period, in a time card format suitable to give to employees, with an optional employee signature line. |

Touch Detail |
Displays details of every touch for every employee, including location, cost code, and start and stop times. |
|
Touches Outside GPS GeoFence |
Displays ExakTime Mobile punches where the recorded GPS position was outside the GeoFence for the location selected by the employee. Useful for verifying that employees are on a job site when punching in or out. This report requires the location address or latitude/longitude coordinates to be set. |

Work Time/Off-Clock Summary |
Displays each Employee's unpaid breaks during the work day over any time period. It also provides an average so that you can quickly see who is typically taking lunch breaks that are too short or too long. Note that incomplete punches are not accounted for in this report. |

Basic |

Lists each location and total time for cost codes performed at the location. Useful for job costing or comparing actual hours worked to estimates. Also helpful for billing labor costs when different cost codes have different rates. |

Certified Job Worksheet |
Displays a reference worksheet useful for completing US Department of Labor Form WH-347 for certified (prevailing wage) job locations. Only certified locations will appear in the report. Mark a location as certified by setting the "job type" custom field to "certified" on Locations > Edit Location > Custom Fields. |
