If you have any questions regarding purchasing additional modules, add-ons, or any subscription/billing-related questions, you can get in touch with your Account Manager via "Success Center" for supported modules. Your account manager will reach out as soon as they can during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM Central Time. The support team is unable to assist with purchase or billing-related questions.
If you want to purchase additional employee licenses for ExakTime and are an ExakTime Connect Administrator, you can use the "My Account" page to purchase additional licenses at your convenience.
Contacting Account Manager via Success Center
"Success Center" is a menu currently available to Administrators of Core HR, ExakTime, ATS, LMS, and Performance, and coming soon to Onboarding. "Success Center" offers supplemental resources, helps you talk to your primary Arcoro contact(s) such as your account manager, inform you of recent/upcoming events, and more.
If you do not have access to the "Success Center", please speak with your primary Administrator who can either grant you Administrator access or use "Success Center" on your behalf.
- The "Success Center" menu can be launched by Administrators in ExakTime and Core HR by clicking the icon towards the bottom-right of the webpage. If you cannot see the icon, consult with your Core HR Administrator for assistance.
- Use the "Contact Me" button to email your account manager.
Purchasing Licenses in ExakTime
If you are an Admin for ExakTime with sufficient permissions, you can use 'My Account' to purchase additional employee licenses. If you cannot access 'My Account', please consult your organization's primary ExakTime Administrator for assistance with purchasing additional licenses. If you are the primary administration and believe you should be able to access 'My Account', contact us for assistance.
- Go to Manage and click My Account.
- Click Purchase Additional Licenses.
- Specify how many additional licenses you would like. The licenses listed will be dependent on what you currently have for your account such as your subscription type, yearly/annual employee licenses, scheduling, etc. If you are interested in licenses besides the one listed for you, please speak with your account manager for more information. Click Purchase when ready.
- Verify your payment and billing information. Make any updates as needed. Click Continue to proceed with the purchase.
- Click Place Order to complete your purchase.
- After a successful purchase, you will be taken to the confirmation page to view a summary of your purchase and your order number. It can take up to 15 minutes for your newly purchased license(s) to be added to your ExakTime system.
- Click "My Account" to return to the main page of "My Account".
- Clicking "Download Sales Order" allows you to download and view a copy of your purchase invoice. If you did not download a copy of your invoice after completing your purchase, you can review past invoices from the "Overview" page or the "Pay Invoices" page.
