Questions Regarding Additional Purchases or Billing?

If you need to purchase additional modules, licenses, etc., and/or have any subscription or billing-related questions, it is best and easiest to contact your account manager by email as the support team is unable to assist in purchases or billing-related questions.

If you want additional employee licenses for ExakTime and an ExakTime Connect Administrator, you can use the "My Account" page to purchase additional licenses at your convenience. For any other purchasing or billing-related questions, please contact your account manager.

If you are unsure who your account manager is, you can contact us during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM Central Time by calling us at 1-877-463-7199.
