To make your web browsing easier, many web browsers will ask you if you want to store your username and passwords as you sign in to websites. If you agree to add/save a username/password, you will notice the username and password are already filled in when you return to the website later. This is done by your web browser looking at the URL for the website, seeing that you have a stored username and password, and automatically fill it in for you.

When a website changes it's URL though, your web browser will be unable to automatically fill in the username and password, requiring you to enter your credentials again.

With Single Sign-On (SSO) updates for this year, the URL for the login page will still continue to work, but it will redirect you to a new secure login page so you may need to enter your username and password again initially. If you are unsure of the username and/or password and your web browser has stored your credentials, you will be able to refer to them.

Google Chrome

1. Click the three dots in the top right.
2. Hover over Passwords and Autofill.
3. Click Google Password Manager.
4. You will see a list of websites with saved usernames/passwords. There may be situations where the website listed does not match the website URL you use.
5. Click the website to see your username and password. You may need to enter your computer credentials to view the password.
6. Click the eye icon to view the password and the copy button to copy the password to your clipboard.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click the three horizontal lines in the top right.
2. Click Passwords.
3. Click Manage Saved Passwords.
4. Click the website from the left-hand side so you can see the username and password that has been stored on the right-hand side. Click the eye icon to view the password and the copy button to copy the password to your clipboard.

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the three horizontal dots in the top right.
2. Click Passwords.
3. Click the website to see your username and password. You may need to enter your computer credentials to view the password.
4. Click the eye icon to view the password and the copy button to copy the password to your clipboard.

Apple Safari

1. Open the "Passwords" app.
2. Select the website.
