The 'Employee Assignments' allows you to review what Forms are assigned to employees. The office can review this page to see the employees expected to complete a Form. The 'Employee Assignments' page is currently read-only.
If you need to make any changes to which forms are assigned to an employee, you must do so from the Form itself.
Expand for Navigation Steps to Employee Assignments
- Go to Tools and click Forms Manager.
- Click Employee Assignments from the side navigation.
The list of employee assignments can be exported to excel as needed.
Employees can be filtered by:
- All Employees
- Employee Category - View employees based on their assigned category. When the category is added to the employee's profile, the form will be automatically assigned to the employee. If the category is removed from the employee's profile, the form will be automatically unassigned from the employee.

Employee Groups - View employees by their employee group. When an employee is added to the employee group, any forms assigned to the group will be automatically assigned to the employee. If an employee is removed from the employee group, the form will be automatically unassigned from the employee.
