The 'Preferences' tile on the Administrator home page allows you to set your language preference and your timeout period.
- Click the Preferences tile to see the available options.
- You should see the following options:
- Language Preferences - English or Spanish
- Timeout Period - The timeout period is in minutes, with a maximum of 500 minutes. Changes made to the timeout period will not take effect until you log out and then log back in.
- Save any changes made.
On Summary, My Profile click the link.
Here you will be able to change the following Employee Portal Preferences:
Other Preferences allows you to change the timeout period. Please note that the maximum timeout period you can set is 500 minutes.

Once complete, click to apply changes, and when finished on the My Profile screen.
