The "Events Pending Approval" page will show any employees who have completed an event from the Employee Portal and are now pending approval from an administrator.
If a pending event has already been approved and removed from the list, removing the approval will not return the pending event to the events pending approval list. The original pending event must be canceled and a new event must be configured for the employee(s) to complete again.
Addressing an Event
- The "Events Pending Approval" page will list the employee and the events that require approval. Click the name of the employee to begin the approval.
- Review the changes from the event. Click Step 2 Approve/Deny Event when ready.
- Approve or deny the event as necessary and click Submit. You can email the employee and make any last-minute changes to the body of the email in the provided field.
Summary Reports
The 'Events Pending Approval' page offers two sets of summary reports that can be downloaded as a PDF or XLS file.
