When a user is added to any of our Arcoro modules (such as Core HR, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, ExakTime, etc.) they will receive an email with a link to verify their account and create their password. If an employee does not verify their account within 72 hours of receiving the email, the link will expire. A new verification email can be sent with the appropriate button within an Arcoro module or by using the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in page.
Using Forgot Password for Any Module
The "Forgot Password" method can be used by any user to request a new verification email. The only information that the user would need to know is their username. For more information, you can refer to the following article.

For Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, or Learning/Talent Management
Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Learning/Talent Management do not currently have a dedicated button to resend a user's verification email. A user can request a new verification email to be sent by using the "Forgot Password" method. For more information, you can refer to the following article.
It can be important to double-check the employee's email to ensure it the verification email is going to the right destination.
Navigate to Administration > click User Maintenance > click Edit towards the right of the user.
Navigate to Administration > Users > Click the ... icon under the Action column towards the right of the user > Click Edit from the menu.
Navigate to Account Admin > People > Click Edit towards the left of a user.
