ExakTime Connect System Status

The status of ExakTime is currently:

When you reach the login page or Dashboard of ExakTime Connect, you will be able to see the current system status at a glance. If there is any change to the system status of ExakTime Connect, the indicator will be updated to reflect its current status, such as degraded performance, operational, planned maintenance, etc.

Status Page

Clicking the status on the login page or the View Status Details link on the Dashboard will take you to https://status.exaktime.com/ where you can stay up to date on the status of the ExakTime Connect system. If any specific ExakTime Connect service has been impacted, such as reporting or ExakTime Mobile, it will be noted as such.

System Statuses

The status page can list any of the following statuses for the ExakTime system or for specific ExakTime components.

  • Operational - All ExakTime systems are up and running.
    • If you are experiencing issues such as excessively slow loading, spinning wheels, etc. for an extended period, please contact us. 
  • Planned Maintenance - ExakTime is undergoing planned maintenance. Performance may not be impacted, but can occur.
    • If performance is still impacted for extended period after planned maintenance has concluded, please contact us for next steps.
  • Partial Service Disruption - A component of ExakTime or a subset of users are impacted by a performance issue. Other aspects of ExakTime may continue to be operational.
    • We are aware of the issue and are addressing it as quickly as we can.
  • Service Disruption - Critical features of ExakTime are impacted. 
    • We are aware of the issue and are addressing it as quickly as we can.

ExakTime Components

The page will list the core components of ExakTime Connect and their current status:

  • ExakTime Connect - General use and navigation of ExakTime Connect.
  • ExakTime Connect Login - Being able to login to your ExakTime Connect account.
  • ExakTime Connect Reports - The system that generates reports for you to review, print, and save.
  • Time Card Processing - The system which calculates the time cards, rounds time, automatically deducts lunches, splits time records when passing through midnight, and adjusting time records related to traveling.
  • ExakTime Mobile - Sending/receiving updates, clock in/outs, pulling information for TeamView, SiteHub, Time Cards on ExakTime Mobile, and Schedules.
  • Automated Import/Export - Our service that allows you to automatically import or export information to and from ExakTime Connect.
  • FTP - Short for "File Transfer Protocol" and is used for the component listed above.

External Services

The external services listed at the bottom of the status page are outside of ExakTime Connect and are used to better support you.

Click Subscribe at the top-right of the Status page to receive E-Mail or RSS alerts if the status of ExakTime Connect changes.
