SyncLinx and AccountLinx are programs that can be installed on a Windows-based computer to:
- Import key data from a support payroll/accounting application into your ExakTime system with SyncLinx
- Export your time data from ExakTime into a usable format for a supported payroll/accounting application such as QuickBooks or Sage 300 Timberline.
With supported applications, SyncLinx can connect directly to query data such as employees, locations (jobs), or cost codes (activities/tasks) and import them with related data such as addresses, phone numbers, etc. The entity details that can be imported via SyncLinx will differ depending on the application.
AccountLinx can either export your time data into preformatted files or directly into supported payroll/accounting applications. AccountLinx allows you to map your data to ensure the ExakTime entities will match with the equivalent payroll entities.
AccountLinx does not currently allow the printing of time data directly. If you want to print your employee's time data, you will want to use the reports in ExakTime Connect.
