Your Tasks & Quick Links

The "My Tasks" section displays high-priority role-relevant items and is dynamically generated based on your user role, relationships in the system, and permissions.

"Quick Links" will provide direct navigation to existing features within the respective module.

My Tasks

"My Tasks" currently focuses on Onboarding (ONB):

  • Onboarding tasks for hiring managers.
    • Complete Manager Action Items - Displays new hires assigned to the manager who have outstanding manager-related onboarding actions. Since new hires are linked directly to their hiring manager, this relationship determines which employees appear in the list.
    • Employee Paperwork Due - Shows new hires assigned to the hiring manager whose onboarding paperwork is due within three days, helping managers stay ahead of important deadlines.

Quick Links

"Quick Links" will provide direct navigation to existing features within the respective module. "Quick Links" will currently offer the following options:

  • ATS - Post a Job
  • ONB - Add New Employee
  • Core HR - Add New Employee
  • LMS - Approval Queue
  • PER - Approval Queue
  • ET - Approve Time

Task and Quick Links Behavior

  • Each task displays a list of associated employees beneath the task. Five employees will be initially shown, but you can expand the list up to a maximum of 20 employees.
  • Role-Based Quick Actions
    • Quick Actions are permission-driven and role-based, ensuring users only see actions they are authorized to perform.
    • Default quick actions provided for each module
    • Visibility controlled by individual user permissions
    • Actions tailored to employee, manager, or administrator roles
    • Direct navigation to the relevant task or system page
  • For example, an Onboarding manager without the “Manage Users” permission will not see Quick Actions associated with the Electronic Filing Cabinet.
  • Default Quick Actions by Module
    • The landing page will display one Quick Action per product to simplify navigation and highlight the most common action within each module.

Special Consideration for ATS Users

If you have the ATS, but have not integrated the ATS module with Arcoro Hub, the "Applicant Tracking" option will not be listed until your organization has integrated your ATS with Arcoro Hub after 2/19/26. Integrating the ATS with Arcoro Hub will be done in phases, so your organization may be integrated at a later date. Until they are integrated, you can select any other module you are using and use the module navigation found in the top-right to reach the ATS.
