We understand that with a flexible system, one can be overwhelmed with what to do in Performance Management. To help with this, we have created a list of common items to periodically review and check.
While the checklist does not have a specific order for you to complete, some items may need to be completed before other steps, and items can be skipped or done more/less frequently, depending on your organization's needs. Each item also provides links to supplemental resources that may help you.

Daily or Weekly
- Review Evaluations Due - Employees and Managers should check their “Evaluations Due” queue to complete any pending evaluation assignments.
- Review Incomplete Evaluations - Admins can pull an “Incomplete Evaluation” report. They can also check the status of assignments in the “Evaluation Administration” page.
- Review Goal Approvals - Check for any goal approvals from your employees.
- Review Core to Talent Import - If you are using Core HR, make sure your Core to Talent import is running successfully. You may receive emails if there are any errors.
Monthly
- Schedule Evaluations - Schedule any evaluations as needed for the month.

Update Evaluation Forms - Edit/update current evaluation forms as needed.
- You are not able to add/delete questions and sections on an evaluation form after it has been assigned. The best practice is to make a copy, rename it, and then edit the copy.
- Review Goal Comments/Progress Updates - Check comments/progress updates on goals.
Yearly
- Review Annual Forms - Review annual forms year after year. Make a copy and edit if needed
- Assign New Goals - Assign any new goals for your employees for the upcoming year.
