Assets allow you to track what assets are under control by the employee, such as a vehicle or computer.
Navigating to Employee Assets
- From the menu, expand Employee, expand Employee and click Assets.
- If already viewing an employee profile, you can hover over "Employee" to show the available pages. Click Assets.
- Asset - Name/title of the asset. Clicking the name of the asset allows you to edit the asset information.
- Asset Tag - The tracking number for company property.
- Date Issued
- Value
- Notes
From the Actions drop-down menu, you can:
Creating an Asset Record
- To create an emergency contact, click the Actions drop-down menu and click
- Enter relevant information for this asset.
- Date Issued
- Value of Asset
- Description - Name/title of the asset.
- Asset Tag - Used to track company property within your inventory system.
- Notes
- Click when finished.
Print a List of Asset(s)
- Use the check the box(es) to the far right of the asset(s).
- From the Actions drop-down menu, click
- Confirm the printing of your asset list.
- After confirming, you will download a PDF copy of your asset list. An example of this PDF has been provided below:
Delete an Asset
- Use the check the box(es) to the far right of the asset(s).
- From the Actions drop-down menu, click
- Confirm the deletion of your record(s).
