The employees listed on the "New Hire Eligibility" page have been added to the system (either manually or through an import), but have not been processed for benefits. From this page, you can:
- Generate user accounts, email employees their account verification, and enrollment window information when processed.
- Process or Remove Selected Employees

Expand System, expand Eligibility Lists, and click New Hire Eligibility from the menu.

Using New Hire Eligibility List
- Select the employees from this list for whom you would like to set up benefits and open a window for enrollment.
- If you use the checkbox to select all employees, it will also select checkbox under the "Benefit Eligibility Date" column, so please keep this in mind.
- Adjust Benefit Eligibility Date, Activate Date, and Deactivation Date as necessary.
- If the checkbox for the "Benefit Eligibility Date" column is checked, the employee will be processed with the entered benefit eligibility date and the date will be used for all benefits, regardless of existing waiting period rules.
- If the checkbox for the "Benefit Eligibility Date" column is unchecked, the employee will be processed with the entered benefit eligibility date and use any existing waiting period rules.
- Check the 'Generate user accounts, email employees their account verification, and enrollment window information when processed' checkbox if desired.
