The "Audit Log" displays a detailed history of changes made within the system and by whom. This log is the first place to go when determining if a process has succeeded or failed within the system including, but not limited to:
- Information regarding Scheduled Tasks that occur automatically (i.e. Nightly Alerts, Accrual Processing, etc...)
- Information regarding employees that are deleted from the system
- Information regarding Time Clock Hardware Integration
- Information regarding Two-factor setting changes
Navigating to Audit Log
From the menu, expand System and click Audit Log.
The "Audit Log" page allows you to filter the audit log records and provides the following columns:
- Date - When the event occurred.
- Log - The event.
Filtering Audit Logs
The top of the "Audit Log" menu allows you to filter your audit logs.
- The date range to filter the audit log cannot exceed 60 days.
- To view all Audit Log records, regardless of Category, select 'All Categories' from the 'Filter By' drop-down menu.
- Use the 'Filter By' drop-down menu to filter the log by the selected category:
