The "Activity" logs for an employee will provide all activity related to the selected employee. This is commonly used to determine when and how a change was made and by whom.
Navigating to Activity Logs
- From the menu, expand Employee, expand Logs, and click Activity.
- If already viewing an employee profile, you can hover over "Logs" to show the available pages. Click Activity.
Filter Parameters
The "Activity" page will provide drop-down menus & fields to filter the employee's activity logs:

Module - You can select the following modules to review activity for:
- Access
- Applicant Tracking
- Benefit Management
- Core HR / Employee
- Onboarding
- Payroll
- Performance Management
- Reporting
- Survey
- Time and Attendance
- Time Off Tracking
- Work Flow Management
- Data Type Category - The options for "Data Type Category" are depending on the "Module" selected.
- Change Type
- Key Word(s)
- Year
- Start/End Date
After filtering the employee's Activity Log, the results will appear beneath the filter options. The log can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the column header.
- Date - Date and time the activity occurred.
- Description - The action that was performed.
- Modified By - The user that performed the action.

Additional Info - Hovering over the symbol will provide additional information such as the example below:
- Field - The field that was modified, if any.
- Field Value Before - The data before the modification.
- Field Value After - The data after the modification.
Viewing Activity Log
- Use the provided drop-down menus and fields to filter the employee's activity log. Click Filter Log when ready.
- When selecting the start and end dates, make sure that they are within the year selected.
- The employee's activity log will appear beneath the filter parameters.
