ExakTime Mobile is a companion app to ExakTime Connect that allows employees and supervisors to clock in/out, review and approve time, complete forms, and more. ExakTime Mobile is periodically updated to offer new features, improvements to existing features, and address issues. We have listed our recent ExakTime Mobile releases and the date of their release to help keep you informed.

Downloading/Updating ExakTime Mobile
The latest version of ExakTime Mobile available for your device can be downloaded from the App Store and Play Store with an Apple ID/Gmail account. If a device is being shared or owned by your company, you may want to consider a shared company Apple ID or Gmail account, or whatever is advised by your IT professional.
When updating ExakTime Mobile to the latest version that has been recently released, there will be about a week after the release during which users are automatically phased in based on Apple or Google's determination. What this means is that if an app update were to be released on January 1st, it may not be available to you from the App Store/Play Store up to a week to January 7th as Apple/Google determines that you receive the update.
Current Supported OS & ExakTime Mobile Version
As of December 2025, the latest version of:
- iOS is version 26.
- Android is version 16.
As of May 2026, the latest major version of ExakTime Mobile is 2.108 and supports the following OS versions:
- iOS versions 18 and 26.
- Android versions 14, 15, and 16.
Checking Your Version
You can check the ExakTime Mobile version connected to your ExakTime system with the Mobile Devices page of ExakTime Connect, while employees can check the version from the "Help" section of ExakTime Mobile. It may be more accurate to have the employee check the version number on ExakTime Mobile directly.
When reviewing the version number, the important numbers are the first two sets. The last two sets are used for revisions, are unique between iOS/Android versions, and can typically be ignored when referring to the release notes, unless indicated otherwise.
