Module Navigation

8/2026 - Arcoro Release Notes - Unified Menu Navigation

Arcoro customers who subscribe to multiple products — Core HR, Learning, Performance, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, Payroll, Integrations, Advanced Analytics, and Applicant Tracking — have no single place to navigate across them. Users often bookmark individual product URLs, lose track of where features live, or discover products they didn't know they had access to only by accident.

For HR administrators and managers working across modules daily, this fragmentation creates real friction: switching between products means navigating separate entry points, and there is no consistent way to know at a glance what you're licensed for or what's available to you.

This feature delivers a redesigned primary navigation in Hub that surfaces every product and feature a user is licensed and permissioned to access — all from one consistent, role-aware nav. Users can reach any product feature in two clicks or fewer from anywhere in Hub.

  • Find anything faster — Every licensed product and its features are reachable in two clicks or fewer from any page in Hub, eliminating the need to bookmark or guess at URLs.
  • No confusion about access — Products and features a user isn't licensed or permissioned for are hidden entirely — no greyed-out entries, no dead links, no guessing.
  • One nav for everything — Administrators and managers working across Core HR, Learning, Performance, T&A, and other modules no longer need to switch between separate navigation experiences.
  • Scales with your license — As your organization adds Arcoro products, the navigation automatically reflects the new access without any reconfiguration.
  • Consistent experience across roles — Each user sees a nav tailored to their specific permissions, so individual contributors, managers, and administrators each get a clean, relevant view.

Who Can Use It

This feature benefits any Arcoro customer that subscribes to more than one product module. It is most impactful for mid-size to enterprise organizations where different user roles (HR Directors, Managers, Payroll Coordinators, Safety Directors, Field Supervisors) routinely work across multiple Arcoro products.

Single-product customers will also benefit from the cleaner, permission-aware navigation, though the cross-product discovery value applies specifically to multi-module accounts.

Users of products will have access to the new unified menu:

  • Core HR
    • Any person who has an administrator role
      • Admin role restrictions, such as limited admin roles created for managers, will be respected in the Unified Menu

Enhancements

The redesigned primary navigation in the Unified Platform provides a single, role-aware entry point to every Arcoro product and feature a user can access.

How to Access

The updated navigation is the primary left-side nav on the Workplace Dashboard and within the Unified Platform. No additional steps are needed. Users will see their updated nav automatically on their next login after the release date.

Core Capabilities

  1. Per-product navigation sections One collapsible section per licensed product. Expanding a section reveals sub-navigation items for that product's features.
  2. Contract based visibility A company contracted for three products sees exactly three product sections.
  3. RBAC (Role Based Access Control) enforced sub-navigation Within each product section, only features the signed-in user has permission to access are shown. Users without permissions for a product see nothing, even if their company holds the license.
  4. Interstitial pages for grouped items Where a product's features would otherwise require a third navigation level, users are routed to an interstitial card/tile page that presents the available options. Three-level nesting is eliminated throughout.
  5. Full product coverage All nine Arcoro products are supported: ATS, Core HR, Integrations, Learning, Performance & Succession, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Advanced Analytics, and Onboarding.

What Is Not Changing

Individual legacy product pages, SSO and authentication flows, and the mobile navigation experience are not affected by this release.

Unified Platform menu items will take the customer to the legacy product screen. For example, within the new unified menu, if System is selected and then Audit Log, you would land in the audit log of the legacy Core HR product. This concept applies to all products and menu items.

Availability

This feature is available to all Hub customers. The specific products and features visible within the navigation vary by company license and individual user role assignments.

  • All Hub users will see a primary navigation scoped to their company's contract/licenses and their personal role permissions.
  • HR Administrators and Payroll Coordinators typically see the broadest nav, reflecting access across multiple modules.
  • Managers and Role-Based Users see only the products and features their assigned roles permit.
  • Single-product users see one product section; the experience is clean and unaffected by products their company is not licensed for.
  • The Unified Menu is directly tied to the Permissions and Employee Management launch. It will become available on the Unified Platform only once these capabilities go live. Upon this features launch, all Hub-enabled customers will see the new Unified Menu on their Workplace Dashboard.

FAQs

Will this change affect my existing bookmarks or direct URLs?

No. All existing routes and direct URLs continue to work. The navigation is a new way to discover and reach features, it does not change underlying page URLs or access controls.

Do I need to reconfigure roles or permissions for the new navigation to work correctly?

No. The navigation uses your existing RBAC role assignments and product license records. No new configuration is required. Users will automatically see the products and features they already have access to.

What happens if my company adds a new Arcoro product after this release?

The navigation updates automatically to reflect new products. Once a product is active, users with the appropriate permissions will see that product's section on their next login.

Why can't I see a product I think I should have access to?

Navigation visibility requires both a company-level license for the product and personal permissions assigned via your role. If either is missing, the product section will not appear. Contact your Arcoro administrator to review your role assignments, or contact Arcoro Support to confirm your license status.

Are there any changes to the mobile navigation?

No. Mobile navigation is outside the scope of this release. Changes apply only to the unified platform web experience.

What are the interstitial pages I'm seeing when I click certain nav items?

For product sections with many sub-features, clicking the top-level nav item opens a card/tile page that groups and presents the available options. This replaces three-level dropdown nesting and makes it easier to scan and select the feature you need.
