The Learning Management System offers a variety of reports to help you review information such as assigned courses, certifications, and more. To help you find the reports you may need, we have provided a list of the LMS-focused reports and their columns.
The reports page will also list reports that focus on General Use, Performance/Evaluations, and Succession.
If you are unfamiliar with using the reports page, you can refer to the following dedicated article.
Click Reports towards the top-right. If Reports is not found in the top-right, then you may not have permission to access reports and may need to speak with your administrator.
All Certifications
This report will list your employee's certifications and their current status.
This report provides the following columns:
- Certification Name
- Division (This column has been depreciated and can be ignored)
- District (This column has been depreciated and can be ignored)
- Location
- Employee Name
- Employee ID
- Hire Date
- Start Date
- End Date
- Current/Expired
Assigned Required Courses by Location
This report will show all course assignments made via the required/recommended LMS admin tool.
You can filter this report by Category, Course, Location, and Active/Inactive Users.
This report provides the following columns:

- Employee email address

- Job Code
- Job Title
- User Status
- Business Unit (if applicable)

Auto Class Roster
This report will provide a list of employees enrolled in a class and what class.
This report provides the following columns:

Certification by Location
This report will show your employee's certifications based on the selected location. The report is blank until a location is chosen.

This report will show all completed training by all employees.

Compliance Period by Required Course by Location
This report displays the history of required courses, for all compliance periods, and the learner's completion statuses.
Any blank lines demonstrate where the learner has been assigned/required the course. When entering in course completion status, all of those "assignments" then updated with the end date of the course completion.
The report displays the records of a transcript, including the course assignment but it doesn't filter by dates of assignments, so you receive a full history of the course record for the different assignments made.

Lists the course history of the selected student.
